Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup miso
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • water as needed (optional)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients using a blender or food processor. If mixing by hand, use a fork or whisk and beat until smooth.
  • Add a bit of water, a teaspoon at a time for a thinner consistency

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup packed cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  • Place the jalapeno pepper, garlic clove, and ginger into a food processor or blender; pulse until the jalapeno and garlic are finely chopped
  • Pour in the lime juice, honey, balsamic vinegar, and salt, add the cilantro leaves; pulse a few times to blend
  • Turn the food processor or blender on, and slowly drizzle in the olive oil until incorporated into the dressing
  • Season to taste with salt before serving
  • Drizzle on mixed mesclun greens

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients well and serve with your favorite salad
  • Can also toss steamed vegetables with this dressing such as Brussel Sprouts

  • 2 oranges peeled
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp orange vinegar (we bought ours at trader joes)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp yellow onion minced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk well
  • You can also combine ingredients in food processor and pulse several times until ingredients are mixed well
  • You can toss this dressing with any salad.  It is used in our Fennel and Mint Slaw

 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients and store in the fridge.
  • This dressing is great on salads, Polenta, portabello mushrooms
