• 1/4 cup miso
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • water as needed (optional)


  • Combine all ingredients using a blender or food processor. If mixing by hand, use a fork or whisk and beat until smooth.
  • Add a bit of water, a teaspoon at a time for a thinner consistency
