Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp fresh or dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp fresh or dried rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 25 baby potatoes
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl combine grape seed oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, sea salt and black pepper
  • Add potatoes
  • Marinate in fridge for several hours
  • Roast in oven at 375 F for 20-25 min
