Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes (any variety), chopped finely
  • 1 onion (your choice), chopped finely
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 1/4 jalapeno pepper chopped finely
  • 2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • ½ cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin seeds (optional if available)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mince garlic, jalapeno pepper
  2. Chop cilantro finely
  3. Grind cumin seeds into powder
  4. Add lemon, and olive to a bowl and whisk together
  5. Dice tomato, onion, pepper and add to bowl
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste
  7. Mix all ingredients together with in a bowl
  8. OR ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO FOOD PROCESSOR
